The WE-Q Profile Experience

Receive your WE-Q Profile results and a 60-minute interpretation of your results with one of our Certified Master Practitioners for visibility into your own internal landscape under stress. By taking the WE-Q Profile prior to training, you will begin to explore your own default patterns under stress, which is your first step in understanding the WE-Q Profile in its entirety.

3 in-person, face-to-face sessions

These sessions are the central hub of your training, where you can be physically present with Alison, Master WE-Q Practitioners, and your peers for learning and connection. During the first three days of in-person training, we immerse you in the language of the internal experience, the understanding of your own WE-Q Profile results, and the interpretation of the WE-Q Profile.

6 “like-in-person” live sessions

Following our three days of in-depth, collaborative learning, we will have five 90-minute virtual video sessions and a graduation session solidify your certification. These calls are designed to help you develop and refine your understanding of the internal world of your clients and how you can better understand it using the WE-Q Profile. These sessions will support you as you discover and use the Profile with a practice client and complete steps toward certification.

WE-Q Curriculum

What You Can Expect

The WE-Q Certification Training is a blended learning experience combined with an in-person, highly interactive, and experiential three-day experience followed by “like in-person” live, online sessions. Our trainers facilitate a cutting-edge curriculum designed to introduce you to a unique niche of coaching that will support you in securing more coaching engagements requiring deep relational and emotional intelligence expertise.

Orientation

Orientation is the initial point of connection for the cohort: you'll connect with your certification facilitators, other trainees, and essential program details that you'll need in order to navigate the program with ease and confidence.

Day 1

On day one, we’ll learn about The Journey of Becoming and Belonging: how our brains are shaped, how patterns and narratives form, and how the WE-Q Profile reflects those patterns. We’ll take a deep dive into triggers and habituated patterns.

Day 2

On day two, you’ll learn how the WE-Q Profile captures our triggered responses, and how to interpret patterns, which is understanding the pattern of thinking, feeling, wanting, and believing that is reflected in your client’s WE-Q Profile. You’ll be introduced to all of the dimensions of the WE-Q Profile and how to divine your client’s implicit Ladder of Inference as revealed by the WE-Q Profile.

Day 3

On day three, we will cover The Journey of Relational Awareness where you will understand the hero’s journey, the role of emotions, and the language of our internal experience through the lens of the WE-Q Profile’s dimensions. We will explore relationship strategies, relational and boundary elements, and nuances of the WE-Q Profile.

5 Virtual Sessions

In addition to an immersive in-person experience, you’ll join us for five follow-up virtual sessions scheduled one week apart. These are intended to support your application of the WE-Q Profile with hands-on practice, reflections, client interpretations, and prepare you to present it to clients and integrate it into your current offerings.

A special graduation session with all the resources you need to deepen your coaching!

Throughout each session, you’ll engage in group and self-paced explorations, and personalized experiences that allow you to build relationships through collaborative learning.

About the Training Sessions
