Feeling as a Path to Meaning

Learn to Coach Clients Who Feel Too Little or Feel Too Much

Why do we feel? What does it mean?

What does it mean to feel too much or too little?

How does it happen and what is the impact?

How do you coach a client who feels too much? Too little?

As humans, our emotions are a vital gateway to a full experience of life. And yet, our clients can have widely varied experiences accessing and engaging this rich and deeply informative inner landscape.

In this two-session training, we will explore different ways to coach clients who don't tend to access one or more of their feeling dimensions, and clients who cannot regulate, process, or make sense of their emotions.

We will dig beneath the surface to connect the client with themself and what matters. We'll review how to support your client in attending to their emotional experience, developing emotional literacy, and processing their emotions to access their meaning and purpose. And, you'll learn how to help your clients become unstuck from their emotions and move forward to create meaning in their life.

Join us for this experiential and practical live, virtual two-session course on February 25 and March 4, 2022.
