Three Ways Clients Get in their Own Way

Revealing Our Clients’ Underlying Patterns

Three Ways Clients Get in their Own Way

Have you ever wondered if there is a thread that runs through all our conversations with a client? There is.

What we are coaching when we are coaching our clients is their relationship to whatever they are bringing to coaching. While the topics our clients bring changes, their relationship to what they bring to coaching tends to be stable and patterned over time.

The common denominator of our client’s experience is their patterns of focusing, thinking, wanting, feeling and believing which are shaped significantly in their earliest years of life and throughout their lives. If we know where and how to look, we can begin to detect our clients’ patterns and work with them to bring awareness and choice to a few things that can change everything.

We’ve created this interactive experiential course to increase our understanding of the most common patterns our clients bring to coaching so we can guide them to a more conscious relationship with themselves, others and the world.

In this masterclass, we’ll explore:

  • How Patterns Form
  • Common Client Patterns and their Impact
  • How to Spot Client Patterns in their Narratives
  • How to Work with Clients to Create New Narratives and New Patterns

You’ll receive:

  • Guide to How Patterns Form
  • Guide to Common Client Patterns and How to Spot Them
